I find this cross-talk very interesting because we can get a glimpse of Inoo who is very eager to learn from Akimoto-san, who is known as creator and producer of some of Japan’s top idol groups such as Onyanko Club and AKB48 franchise. Finally finished translating the second part of the Josei Jishin crosstalk between Inoo Kei and his professor during university era, Professor Yamamoto Toshiya. As Inoo has mentioned in many TV shows, he really is thankful to the professor because he was able to overcome his shyness through joining Prof. Yamamoto’s lab.

In December 2019, a book titled 災害から命を守る 「逃げ地図」づくり (Creating an "escape map" that protects lives from disasters) was released. Inoo took part in the Escape Map in Tohoku region when he was studying in the university, and it became his undergrad thesis. Inoo was featured in the December Issue of Sumai no Sekkei magazine, an architecture magazine covering mostly of house design (as the magazine name suggested - Housing Design). He has been featured in the magazine yearly since 2018 in the Inoo Kei's Architecture Seminar.

I got my hands on this interview and since I love the drama series and the novel, I find it really interesting to read how Inoo built the character Takatsuki Akira. I think Takatsuki Akira is a complex character and Inoo have done a good job to convey it, so I decided to brush my dictionary and translate this wonderful interview.
